This pouch holds 14oz (400ml) of liquid including water, soda, alcohol, smoothies, frozen cocktails, or protein shakes. The pouch is designed to stand on its own once filled and the airtight zipper keeps the contents from spilling. DP1F measures 5 1/16" x 1 9/16" x 9" and the frosted material is great for adding a sticker, label or even writing directly on it with a marker to customize it. There are 4 holes located on the top of the bag above the zipper. Two larger holes in the middle for holding the pouch and two smaller holes spread apart to hold a straw in place (straw not included). Food safe.
